As an FAA-certified drone pilot, Andrew is able to perform roof inspections using drone technology when conditions prevent safe access. This allows for safer and more complete evaluations of roofing systems and other hard-to-reach areas—an added benefit for clients seeking a more comprehensive home inspection on Long Island.

Andrew is a member of the Metropolitan Association of Home Inspectors and is committed to ongoing education and staying current with industry standards. He has also completed additional training in identifying wood-destroying organisms (WDO) and conditions conducive to infestation, helping clients better understand potential risks during the inspection process.
